Shipping Policy 

All products are shipped within 5 days of receipt of your order whenever possible.  We use standard shipping rates for US Postal Service, UPS Ground, and Fed Ex depending on size, weight and distributor.  Orders from multiple distributors may incur multiple shipping fees.  If you wish expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote.  If a product is on back order it will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock.  If an out of stock item will be available within a week, the entire order will be held in order to ship complete.  If an out of stock item will not be available within a week, we will contact the customer and offer an alternate product.  Orders with multiple items may come in more than one shipment.  Please email us prior to your purchase for a quote on total product price if you are outside of U.S. borders.

 We ship using USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the supplier, size, weight, and destination.  Orders with products from more than one supplier will come in multiple shipments, and will have multiple shipping charges.

 Returns Policy

Unused and unopened products are accepted up to 30 days after purchase and given full credit less original shipping fee.  Damaged goods are accepted up to 30 days after purchase and given full credit, including original shipping fee.  Returns must be sent back to the manufacturer/shipper.  Please call or email for a return authorization code before returning any items.
